Welcome to TopDeck. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About TopDeck

TopDeck is a Pokémon TCG portfolio tracker and community platform that lets you organize your physical card collection, track card values, and connect with other collectors. TopDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any related entities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TopDeck. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission to use this service.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide an accurate email address and verify it when prompted.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Create fake or multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Use the platform to sell counterfeit cards or engage in fraud.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to TopDeck. By uploading content, you grant TopDeck a non-exclusive license to store, display, and serve that content to you and (where you choose to make it public) other users. We will not sell your content to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Card Values and Pricing

Card prices shown on TopDeck are sourced from the PokémonTCG.io public API and are provided for informational purposes only. These are not guarantees of actual market value. TopDeck is not liable for financial decisions made based on displayed prices.

7. Battle Feature

The battle system requires cards that have been physically verified (scanned using the TopDeck camera scanner or photographed through the app). By participating in battles, you confirm that the cards in your battle deck represent cards you physically own. Misrepresenting card ownership in the battle system violates these Terms and may result in account suspension.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your use is harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

TopDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopDeck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll let you know by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TopDeck after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
